Because, apparently, Marianne has been subscribed for a long time, and I promised her.

My Top Five Favorite CDs At Teh Moment

    5.  Rum, Sodomy, and the Lash by The Pogues
    4.  Disenchanted Hearts Unite by Tullycraft
    3.  In Case We Die by Architecture in Helsinki
    2.  Tallahasse by The Mountain Goats
    1.  Get Behind Me Satan by The White Stripes

    Favorite Lyrics from Each, Respectively:

    5.  From "The Sick Bed of Cuchulainn"

"There's devils on each side of you with bottles in their hands
You need one more drop of poison and you'll dream of foreign lands

When you pissed yourself in Frankfurt and got syph down in Cologne
And you heard the rattling death trains as you lay there all alone
Frank Ryan brought you whiskey in a brothel in Madrid
And you decked some fucking blackshirt who was cursing all the Yids"

    4.  From "Fall 4 You"

"Dusty couldn't blame us, we were young and indie famous.  Still:  Not enough to save us from our fear of heights.  You know they might call it a gamble, or an Oklahoma scramble - we left the basement in a shamble on those summer nights."

    3.  From "Do the Whirlwind"

    "She says you'd given up
your folks told me you should be left alone on a mountain top
knocking the aeroplanes down with stones
do the whirlwind, and carry the hope that stings all night long"

    2.  From "Alpha Rats Nest"

    "Oh sing sing sing
For the dying of the day
Sing for the flames that will rip through here
And the smoke that will carry us away
Yeah sing for the damage we've done
And the worse things that we'll do
Open your mouth up and sing for me now
And I will sing for you"

    1.  From "Little Ghost"

    "Little ghost, little ghost
One I'm scared of the most
Can you scare me up a little bit of love?
I'm the only one that sees you,
And I can't do much to please you
And it's not yet time to meet the lord above

     Every morning I awoke
And I see my little ghost
Wond'rin' if it's really her that's lying there
I lean to touch her and I whisper
But not brave enough to kiss her
When I held her I was really holding air"

Today I forgot that the word 'been' was an actual word in the English language.  I was reading and I saw it, and I was like, "What the fuck?  Is she making up words, or is that supposed to be one of Fleur's fucked up English words?"

And then I looked at it again, and I was like, "Wait a second...I say a word that kind of sounds like that.  But...it just doesn't look right."

And then I started to doubt myself, and I looked it up on dictionary.com and sure enough it's an actual word.

See?  Who ever said you don't learn things from Harry Potter fanfiction?

Like the ability to speak/read your native language again when, apparently, you've gone totally retarded.

I feel the sudden urge to narrarate my life...

I broke my personal record and stayed awake for 40 hours.  I drank like 9 cokes on the first night, staying up to write a huge ass paper that I'm sure everyone who is reading this has already heard me complain about, but then I started feeling the first symptoms of dehydration and my kidneys started hurting so I stopped.

So I went to class and turned in the paper and all that and then came back from class and I don't know why I didn't go to bed...I think I was hungry.  No!  I wanted to get Chuck Palahnuik's new book, which I did.  I was also hungry, though, so I got Chili Cheese Burritos at Taco Bell.  But they weren't as good as I remembered them being ( I last ate them four years ago or so), and I got all disappointed.  Back to soft tacos for me.  Anywayz, I hung out in Barnes and Noble for awhile, and went through their entire Rock/Pop section looking for CDs, but after 45 minutes of looking, I didin't buy anything.

Then I came home and didn't read the book I bought.  I spent the next 11 hours reading "The Final Reckoning" which is a great HP fanfiction, and went to sleep about nine in the A.M.

I wasn't really tired when I went to sleep...more like numb.  So I could have gone longer (maybe to 48?), but I didn't have anything to do.

I slept till 6:40 p.m., when I jumped up and raced outside without putting on deoderant or brushing my teeth, because I had less than 20 minutes to get to my car and get to my comix.  Thankfully, I made it in time.  Then I got back home around 7:15 and took a much needed shower.  I got out and was on the comp for a bit, and then I was hungry again so I gathered up my studying supplies (big test in the same damn class that I was writing the paper for) and headed to McDonalds, where I got a big Mac and drank two large cokes in like 30 minutes.  I stayed until they were closing, and then made my way back home, studying more.

I stayed up studying till 4, when I was supposed to wake Josh up so he could study.  He woke up on his own, and I went down to his room to study so that I could have better light (Damn that Andree and his normal sleeping habits!), but it turns out that Joshua decided to go back to bed instead of study and I was kicked out of his room.  I went to Hitt, ate some Subway, drank water instead of Coke (GASP!!!), and studied until 6:30, when I made my way back here.

I was on the computer for a bit, reading some xangas, and then I decided to write this.  I am now writing this, and Josh is telling me to come downstairs so we can breakfast and then class.  Which I shall do...

    Now.
